This platform is operated as a Nebenerwerb (secondary business activity) by the individual named above. No Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer (VAT ID) has been issued; if the Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 19 UStG) applies, no VAT is charged on platform fees. Clients should direct tax enquiries to their own advisors.

The operator holds a valid Aufenthaltstitel issued by the Ausländerbehörde (STV Weinheim) authorising self-employment in Germany without restriction (§ 21 AufenthG). The Aufenthaltstitel was issued on 16 April 2025. No restrictions or conditions on the exercise of self-employed commercial activity apply.
